New Orleans Saints lose 24-17 to the Dallas Cowboys

Believe it or not, Matt Millen actually said "the undefeated quest for perfection" during this game. I have no idea what that means, but whatever it means, the Saints didn't manage to do it. I think.

Anyway, the Cowboys - aside from the undoubtedly already fired Nick Folk - played quite an impressive game, and won 24-17. So the undefeated quest for perfection for the Saints is over.

Interestingly, the Saints played pretty poorly, and yet still had a chance to tie this game. Plus, the Cowboys absolutely had to win this game. So I wouldn't be real worried about the Saints. This loss will in all likelihood help them get refocused and ready to roll come playoff time.
