I have seen that on constructin sites out here as well. Brand new but its cracked. I'm an electrician, not a laborer so I am not going to pretend I know the answer, but it is kind of strange that on would see cracked concrete in new structures. If I had to GUESS, I would point the finger at the one's running these projects and their "hurry up and get it done" mentality so they can get a big fat bonus at the end for finishing early and under budget. You get what you pay for. One question I have been taught so far in my short career is "Do you want it done, or do you want it done right?"

If you want to talk about breaking down then you should look at your own team. And just remember who came in second place this season by a pretty big margin.
