Nick Saban blames Alabama fans for team's loss to Utah in the Sugar Bowl
Nick Saban, classy as always, blames 'Bama fans for the beat down his team received from Utah in the Sugar Bowl.
Just when you think Nick Saban couldn't be any bigger of a jackass than he already is, he does something like this. Saban is blaming Alabama fans for his team's brutal loss to Utah in the Sugar Bowl.

Yeah, because it had NOTHING to do with you getting thoroughly outcoached and underestimating your opponent, Nick.

The sad thing is that Saban really is a pretty decent football coach....but he has a way of sabotaging himself with his own stupidity, and this is just another example of that.

Bama was the only undefeated team from SEC and it was still Mike Shula's team for the most part coached by Saban for just the 2nd year that bought them to that level. A comment like that might be unprofessional, but it is coming from some one like Saban who is best in his business. A football program like Alabama that has the best history in NCAA along with Notre Dame and USC, deserves better fans, at least when the team goes undefeated after a couple of 6-6 seasons. Bama's home crowd is not as intimidating as the crowds of Florida, Georgia, USC, OU, OSU, Texas to name a few. I feel the same way and am quite sure other Bama fans would agree with me ( by the way Auburn's fanbase sucks bigger )

Excuses, excuses, excuses,
as much money as Saban makes and as great a coach as he supposedly is he shouldn't be making excuses

Funny thing about this is Alabama basically had home field advantage by playing in Louisiana.  Also, how well do you think Utah travels?  Let's give some credit where credit is due, Nick.  They spanked you from the get go and when that happens, the visiting team has the ability to take the crowd out of the game.  Saban is the epitome of a sore loser.  Remember back when they lost to Louisiana Monroe and he compared the loss to 9-11?

I'm willing to bet his next excuse will be that they lost because Andre Smith didn't play.

Saban is another example of nepotism in coaching...his father was a  NCAA/NFL coach and Nick is a spoiled brat, who lies in public and is never to blame when things go wrong.

Gosh no, not when we are about to be at the very top of the SEC and Auburn's sinking to the bottom. I think I'll just sit back and enjoy it. Roll Tide.....
