The Portland Trail Blazers made it clear that they wanted Paul Millsap this offseason, and now they're following through on those words.

The Blazers have offered Millsap a four-year deal that's worth somewhere between $32 million-to-$36 million, according to sources with knowledge of the Blazers' plans.

Millsap's offer sheet, which The Oregonian reports will be signed later Friday, includes a hefty signing bonus aimed at discouraging Utah from matching (Millsap is a restricted free agent). The Jazz will have seven days from the time Millsap signs the offer sheet to make their decision. Interestingly, the Jazz have been adamant for weeks that they will match, which meshes with the growing signs that Boozer might never play another game in Utah.

It'll be interesting to see what happens here. Where do you think Millsap will wind up? And what's the better fit for him?
