Agreed. I just hope Washington gives him the time and resources to do it. Otherwise, he is destined to fail.

 If nothing else, it's a great place to live.  I also should apologize to Pete Carroll.  When he was in the NFL, I thought he was just another average coach.  He has a lot of talent at USC, but what an impressive program he's built.
