Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians has decided to walk away from football at the ripe young age of 59. Arians started his coaching career in 1975 as a graduate assistant at Virginia Tech, and has been with the Steelers since 2004. He was the Steelers' offensive coordinator from 2007 until now.
The Steelers are now looking for a new coordinator... who jumps out as a potential candidate to take charge of an offense that includes Ben Roethlisberger, Mike Wallace and other young stars?
