Popeye Jones was always known as one of the ugliest athletes in pro sports when he was an NBA player. Now, he has to settle for the title of "ugliest assistant coach". Or maybe just ugliest drunk driver, after being arrested late Sunday night and charged with a DWI.

Mark Cuban and the Mavericks declined to comment, other than asking "Why do you care? Do you report on every DWI that occurs in Dallas?"

Solid question, Mr. Cuban. My guess is no.

He was distraught & upset....thought he was grabbing his can of SPINACH....mistakenly grabbed a can of beer. MISTAKE. Popeye, I'm on ya side, just don't be having ANY beer anywhere. As funny as that is, I must agree:-) Olive needs to stop making him jealous.
