Ray Small throws OSU under the bus....and then backs over them for good measure
5/26/11 in NCAAF
The former Buckeye wide receiver told the OSU school newspaper, The Lantern, that he profitted off his Buckeye memorabilia while at Ohio State by selling his championship rings to cover living expenses. He also received deals from other places around Columbus "just for being a Buckeye" and that the best came from a car dealership, who often gave the players brand new cars for next to nothing.
This is the latest in a series of blows to the Ohio State football program. 5 players and head coach Jim Tressel are already suspended for the first 5 games in 2011 after "Tatoo-Gate" and now with Small's confession, the NCAA has alot of ammunition to come down hard on the sweatervests.
Will they do it?
