Reggie Bush Loses Another Round In Court, Adds Fuel To NCAA Investigation Fire

Reggie Bush lost an appeal in court today, asking to throw out the lawsuit filed by a man who claimed the Heisman winner and his family took money from him while at USC then failed to make good on an agreement to have the man represent Bush when he went pro.  Now Bush has two options.  He can continue to fight and proclaim his innocence, which would lead to depositions the NCAA could use in an investigation against Bush and USC.  Or he could pay to make the whole thing go away, which would cost him lots of money, make him look dirty and guilty, but leave the NCAA with insufficient evidence to go after him and or USC.  If he loses, he could lose his Heisman, and USC would lose victories and possible even a national championship. Stay tuned!
