Rivals.com announced their All-Decade team, and naturally, it's made up of some insanely good college football players over the past 10 years. The list starts with Tim Tebow at QB, as could be expected. He was a 3-time Heisman candidate, won the award once, and was a participant in 2 National Championship teams.
