Robert Dozier of Memphis also had a fishy SAT score, like Derrick Rose
Add another Memphis player to the fishy SAT scores controversy. Robert Dozier went to Memphis after Georgia wouldn't accept him because they didn't think his score was legit.
READ MORE:
I know you'll be shocked to hear this, but it looks like Memphis isn't real picky when it comes to SAT scores. It turns out that Robert Dozier, who just graduated from Memphis, had some serious SAT questions as well.

Dozier was going to go to Georgia, but Georgia thought his SAT scores were fishy - even after Dozier took them twice - so Dozier went to Memphis instead.

I know it's impossible to prove that any of these guys cheated unless you were actually there at the SAT testing center, but man, this doesn't make John Calipari or Memphis look real good.

I dont know, I'm definitely starting to see a trend here.  Unfortunately, I think there are probably alot of schools that look the other way when it comes to accepting kids that they know may not have the grades to get in, especially when it comes to there sports programs

Actually it does make Calipari look smart for getting out while the getting was good.  The rest of C-USA refers to Memphis as "Tiger High School" or just "Tiger High".  There's a reason for that glossing.

his scores most likely weren't legit.. but hey can you blame him? no offense at all but most these players coming to college are uneducated blacks who come from hard lives/families.

A bunch of dumb asses who cannot spell, speak or add, why would you want a dumbass on your squad anyway. On the other hand there was a good reason LBJ did not go to college after all and it was not the NBA money.

Dozier did just graduate in 4 years this May, maybe now you can call him an educated black.

Get ready for this line over and over- "John Calipari is vacationing overseas and could not be reached for comment."

At what point does the NCAA clearing house have their own 'internal investigation' for clearing Rose, Dozier, B. Rush and others? Isn't this their only job?

The NCAA is a paper tiger who look for some sacrificial lambs every now and then with no intent to really investigate them. And if the player or school is sloppy enough to get caught the NCAA look like it has made a difference. But we all know who is king>>>>>

WTF?
Are you saying ignorance has a color line? Well you just shot down that theory.

Black people are not the only ethnic group in America who have a notable segment of uneducated citizens nor are they the only ones who come from a hard life/family as you stated, (whatever that means)

They are also not the only ones who cheat on SAT's to play college sports, whether it be basketball, swimming, gymnastics, wrestling, track or whatever.

YOU MUST LIVE IN OZ.

Why do you think Calipari left Memphis?  He obviously knew his program had SAT problems.  I'm wondering how long it will be until he is back in the NBA.  To me he should be the poster child for "Jst win Baby"!!!

as a life long tiger fan .........they called us tiger high in the 50's...........but since we can whip all of them in basketball and we have beaten most of them in football they dont call us at all (it is not a sure w for them anymore) so make sure you not of what you speak before you open mouth and insert foot

my only question about dozier is why after 5 years are we just now hearing about this......seems to me the the BCSNCAA is just trying to make sure that after cal raped us that they want a piece also.........if it takes over a year to find out whether rose cheated and they still have not proved it .........then how can anyone with a brain think that finally after 5 years georgia gets smart and tells on someone..........not likely
