Roger Federer beats Tommy Haas 7-6 (7-3), 7-5, 6-3 to advance to Wimbledon final
Roger Federer is one win away from breaking Pete Sampras' all time Majors record
With one more win, Roger Federer will win his 15th major championship, breaking the record of 14 that he currently shares with Pete Sampras. Federer also is in his 7th straight Wimbledon Final, which is also a record. He got there by beating Tommy Haas 7-6 (7-3), 7-5, 6-3 in his semifinal match.

Federer is thought by many to be the greatest player of all time. Although the absence of Rafael Nadal takes a little of the luster away from this one, a win in the final could still cement his case.

Federer will play the winner of the other semifinal match between Andy Roddick and Andy Murray.

It would be sweet to see Fed finally reach that magical number, but it would also be amazing to see Andy Roddick pull out an American upset to celebrate July 4th even though it would be a day late.

Go Roddick!!

i wonder y it takes Roddick much time to thrash Murray in less than an hour. although, i like his style of play
