We can't even figure out how to vote for president effectively or wait less then 5 hours at the dmv and Goodell wants to implement a brand new system in less than a year? Good luck to you buddy. Does he also have a way to handle the thousands upon thousands of pissed off fans waiting in line for their tickets? The ones where there was a "clerical error" and will never get them? If i'm going to spend money on gas/airfare, hotel, food, drinks etc, I want my tickets in hand to ensure i'm getting in to see the show. Oh lord I can see the rioting now.

It seems damn near impossible (to me, at least) to make that anything less than a torturous process. There's no way that could be good for the fans. It's already a madhouse getting in and out of games... imagine how much worse it would be here.
