Roger Penske, NASCAR championship owner?

by kramer | 3/23/072 Comment Comments »
Roger Penske has had tons of success in indy cars, but not so much in NASCAR.  He has a good amount of victories, but he missed winning a championship with Rusty Wallace by a couple of years.  I believe he will eventually win a championship, and the odds are it'll be Kurt Busch who gives him his first championship.

I think Penske can pull it out honestly and will create a championship caliber team.  He's on his way I think.

Ryan Newman talked about the relationship between his #12 alltel dodge team and the #2 team on his podcast on alltelracing.com.  Ryan described how "consistency" was the key to the successful relationship between the two teams.  I think this group can do it...it only a matter of time.

i think Penske could eventually win a Championship, and more then likely if they do it will be with Kurt Busch, but i really think for them to be able to get to the level of winning hes going to need to go to 4 teams.. Penske hasnt really been all that consistant i dont think..  Kurt's been more consistant then Ryan has.. for some reason it always seems like they qualify well but then dont run very good in the races. but they have been getting better.
