As if the Chicago Bulls didnt have enough to worry about heading into there regular season finale against Charlotte Bobcats, now comes word that late last month, Bulls executive vice president John Paxson and coach Vinny Del Negro had a confrontation in the locker room after a game.  According to reports, Paxson shoved Del Negro twice in the chest and had to be physically restrained in the coaches office after a March 30th game with the Phoenix Suns.  The reports say the confrontation stemmed from a "narrow breach of a management-imposed minutes limit on injured forward Joakim Noah".  Because of Noah’s injured left foot, management and team doctors had set limits on the forward’s minutes throughout the season and on two separate occasions, Del Negro went over the limit when playing Noah.

Personally, I think this is a no-win situation for the Del Negro.  The Bulls have been fighting for there playoff lives the last month and need Noah in the lineup to win.  If they dont make the playoffs, Del Negro is more then likely gone as coach of the Bulls.  If Del Negro limits Noah's minutes tonight in a must win game and the Bulls lose, Del Negro is the guy who takes the fall.  In the end, it looks like Paxson and GM Gar Forman want Del Negro to fail so they can fire him.
