Seattle Seahawks full roster practices for the first time in over a year
Seahawks full roster healthy - well, sorty of.
READ MORE:
For the first time in over a year, the Seattle Seahawks entire roster participated in full practice today. The only players missing from the field were those who have been placed on IR; Walter Jones, Lofa Tatupu, and Brandon Frye.

Sean Locklear will be returning at Left Tackle on Sunday, though newly acquired Seahawk Damion McIntosh may see some spot time.

The way the team plays on Sunday against Detroit should give some indication of what the Hawks have to look forward to for the rest of the season. Let's hope they're 100% and hungry.

There is no doubt that the 'hawks are a talented team when they have all their players going. They should smash Detroit this week. And with the way AZ and SF have been playing, the NFC west is still wide open for the taking.

I sure hope so. Having Tatupu and Jones out on IR doesn't help but the defense is still relatively strong when they play to potential, and if the offense can get into a rhythm fast (and use that home field advantage) I think they will do ok. I don't want to be too cocky though because I usually end up eating my words. So I'll just hope and pray ;)

That's bold, but the more I think about it, totally true, Cory.  Arizona and the 49ers haven't been consistent yet.  If healthy, threre's no reason the Seahawks couldn't make a run.
