Shaq blames President Obama for Rajon Rondo's shooting woes

You can blame the President of the United States for a lot of things, even Rajon Rondo's poor shooting performance late in the season, which is exactly what Shaq did in his new book. 

I guess as long as we are blaming other people, I'd like to blame Obama too for the Cardinals not being good enough to catch the Brewers.
