I said this when I posted this story the other day but why would a Casino give him 20 gs worth of house markers?  He was unemployed at the time and always looks homeless.  They should have assumed he'd bolt.

Do you know anything about anything that you talk about?Let me first explain what a "marker" is. A marker is a line of credit for a particualr casino. The casino says "come on in, we'll spot you X amount of dollars, you get spotted in our casino, everyone wins." Any c list celebrity gets this treatment. Its a house loan, similar in relation to purchasing a new car. This kinda thing happens a godawful amount of times. Look at charles barkley. He got a 400,000 marker. The only difference is, with a car loan, you dont pay it off, they take your car and put it on your credit. Since the nature of this loan doesnt involve actual money until the the borrower pays it back, if for some reason the borrower "defaults" on this loan, for example, because he or she lost their job and they have more important things to spend their money on,food, a place to live, a vehichle to get you from a to b, the only legal mean vegas has to get you to pay it back is threaten a felony charges. simlpe as that. Its not like pac robbed the casino , ran in guns a blazin' and killed the teller.

WTF, what did I say that wasn't clear?  He wasn't employed at the time.  He's not a celebrity unless slapping strippers and paralyzing innocent people makes you famous.  The casino shouldn't have comped a hoodrat, it's as simple as that.  If he was playing football at the time or had something in his wardrobe besides white t-shirts and stone washed shorts, then maybe they'd have something to think about.

Really? You know for a fact when he was issued the marker? Because all markers come with X amount of time to pay back the debt. So unless youve got a copy of the DA's report and when the marker was issued, you cant prove he was unemployeed at the time, and your arguement holds absolutly no since. And last time I checked, he's a huge celebrity, wether its for bad things or not.

He's greasy and grimy and looks like every hood in every cell block in every pen in the US.  He didn't get the marker two years ago and come back, you're jaded.  One of his bodyguards probably held a gun to someone's spine and said he'd paralyze them too if his nasty hick client didn't get some markers

With all due respect, you don't know what you're talking about. Where is he going to "bolt" to? Do you really think the guy can't cover 20 grand? If he was playing (if he's reinstated) for the Broncos, you'd be defending him. Instead, you rip him a new one, trying to be funny. As for the Broncos: you have  a Champ(one of the greatest of all-time) on one side, and on the other, you have Dre Bye, I mean Bly. The Broncos will be lucky to even sniff the playoffs. But we have 3 months to contemplate such things.
