Stephen Jackson trade rumors heat up
Looks like Stephen Jackson is definitely getting traded. Cleveland, Denver, San Antonio, New Orleans and the Los Angeles Clippers are all interested.
Stephen Jackson definitely appears to be on his way out of town soon. In fact, it looks like he'll be traded in the next few days. Apparently Cleveland, Denver, San Antonio, New Orleans and the Los Angeles Clippers are all interested.

Golden State wants Big Z from the Cavs, which won't happen because they need him to back up Shaq or Manu from the Spurs, will never happen either. I'm not really sure where Jackson would fit in on the Nuggets, so I'd look for the Hornets or Clippers to grab him.

How about the Knicks trade Eddy Curry and Jared Jeffries for Stephen and just give back to the Warriors.

Dude says he's just as good as KOBE...

"I'm not a fan of Kobe. I'm not somebody who looks up to him. I'm a grown man, so when I go out there and play the game, I play the game. I feel like I'm just as good as him. I might not get the publicity or the notoriety he gets."

Surely, the Lakers could use a guy like this too right?

I would love to see SJax along side CP3. Honestly I just want to see how many abbreviated players' names I can use in one sentence.

Please send him to the Clips and please whatever you do, do not send him to the Spurs.

Absolutely! Hahaha, that would be utterly hilarious.

Dont worry Alan, its not going to happen. Cavs GM Danny Ferry is too stupid to trade Z.

Scary thing is, he is the kind of player (Rudy Gay being another) that could swing the East back to Cleveland if they can pick one of them up.

I think that team that possibly needs him most is the Spurs. Not to say that the San An doesn't have enough talent because they do. But this could be the great equalizer in the West for them. The Lakers have Artest and everyone is just giving them the title. I think that Jackson would be a good backup plan in the case of Manu going down during the season. It is something for them to consider. However, he is not the best player to encourage team chemistry (lol)

I am not convinced he is going anywhere. He has a lot of dollars left on that contract and there aren't many teams willing to take that on.

This would work. Big Z isnt going to put up more than 10 ppg thi season. Stephen Jackson will get 20 ppg and thats wat the cavs need to win the ship. Yes big Z is shaqs back-up but we could always put king james at the 4 and av at the 5. Trade successful
