Swin Cash and Le’coe Willingham are reaching for the Sky as they leave the Storm
The Storm realize with the rise of the Lynz last season they were not going to be able to compete unless they could bring in young new talent. So they traded Swin Cash and Le’coe Willingham and the 23rd overall pick in the in the 2nd round for the Sky's number two pick. If the Sparks do not draft the top college prospect 6'2 Nnemkadi Ogwumike out of Standford, the Storm could pick up a great scorer who could help right away. If the Sparks do take Ogwumike, the Storm is still looking at 5'11 out of Miami Shenise Johnson or 6'3 out of Tennessee Glory Johnson. Any of these three women could make the Storm stronger this year and give them a better shot at winning another title.
