Taking a 129 mph serve to the nuts will end badly, just ask Marc Gicquel

I thought the Byron Houston story would be enough entertainment for today, but thanks to Lion in Oil I should just call it day.
As far as the hierarchy of embarrassments in sports, you'd have to say striking out in slow pitch softball is fairly high, pitching for the Orioles bullpen is up there, but I don't know if anything can top a doctor icing your nuts right on the court.
Here's what happened:
Frenchman Marc Gicquel is dragged away by a doctor after he received a serve, traveling at 208 kilometres per hour, in the testicles during the fourth day of the Halle ATP tennis tournament, 14 June 2007 at the Gerry-Weber-Stadion in Halle, western Germany. Gicquel continued his second-round tie against German Benjamin Becker after treatment.Sorry Marc, I knew you were praying this wouldn't be splattered all over the news, but can you blame us? Maybe you should wear a cup to Wimbledon. (photo by PATRIK STOLLARZ/AFP/Getty Images)
