My guess is that the Chargers suspend him for the first drive or the first quarter.

I know that Tuesday is his off day, thats probably why he was out drinking last night, but he should have been smarter.

That being said, I'm not going to bash him too much, I know other people who have gotten DUI's and they all admit it was a stupid mistake, I'm sure V Jack will do the same.
