The Cowboys may catch a break, if Brian Westbrook sits out again for the Eagles next week
11
It didn't really help the Giants much, since they got crushed by a Westbrook-less Eagles team, but it certainly can't hurt the Cowboys if Westbrook sits out again. Andy Reid has been pretty secretive so far, but with the way LeSean McCoy and Leonard Weaver played, they might be fine either way.

If I were the coach, and if Westbrook's headaches persist, I would rest him another week. Why risk it?

They may also catch a runaway train called Leonard Weaver or a try to catch an elusive Speedy Gonzalez-like Desean Jackson OR catch a Tom 'n' Jerry-like Lesean McCoy ohhhh I could go on and on......

Not really.  Lesean McCoy is younger and faster and could be the secret weapon this Sunday.

National media types seem ready to annoint the Cowboys again, which usually means a losing streak... so I like Philly either way.

I'd be happy to have Westbrook miss the game.  You know the Ds have him gameplanned.  And you know that no one out there has Weaver gameplanned, or is set up to take on McCoy as the majority ball carrier.  Weaver's a truck, and McCoy just might be a better cut guy than Westbrook.

With Cowboys-eagles, the injury report usually doesn't even matter. These teams find a way to beat each other up even with key cogs missing. I'm not counting any chickens as a Cowboy fan, even though Westbrook is a great back and tough to stop.

Job #1 would be prevent the long ball, I'd say. McNabb's living and dying with the long ball the last couple games.

Yeah, this really helps my fantasy team too. Thanks Mr. "Always Questionable" Westbrook.
