Tim Tebow already on confidential negotiation list for Montreal Alouettes

For anyone out there who watched the Senior Bowl, you know that Tim Tebow might not make it as a pro QB. In fact, many people don't think he'll make it as a pro QB. At least in the NFL.

And maybe he already has a backup plan in case he doesn't make it in the NFL. Why do I say this? Well, Tebow's QB coach is Marc Trestman. Trestman has been a QB coach for eight different NFL teams, but Trestman currently happens to be the head coach of the CFL's Montreal Alouettes.

As a consequence of Trestman and Tebow's association, the Alouettes' have added Tebow to their "confidential negotiation list," meaning that should Tebow ever join the CFL, they have an exclusive option on his rights.

So is this coincidence? Or is this an actual backup plan? I don't know, but it beats the UFL.
