Time for Westbrook to retire?

Now that Brian Westbrook has been stricken with the concussion bug, do you think he should call it a career?  He otherwise still has good health, and many ex-NFLers can not make that claim.  He's one of the greatest to put on the Eagle uniform, but I think for his sake it may very well be time to call it quits.
