Ugly racist incident mars NHL hockey exhibition game

 While playing in an exhibition game Thursday in London, Ontario, Wayne Simmonds, an African-American hockey player for the Philaelphia Flyers, had a banana thrown at him from the stands during the shootout.  

Simmonds took the high road, saying he didnt want to make a big deal about it.  The person who threw the banana escaped thru the crowd without being apprehended.
