You have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the article to see it, but it looks like the Vikings are interesting in Marvin Harrison, in order to provide a little cheap competition for Sydney Rice.

Right awesome...in 1999!
Gosh, maybe Alan Page wants to come out of retirement too.

Despite bad knees and all,"Starvin Marvin" Harrison's the Vikes starter!

I don’t seem them getting Harrison on the cheap, if he wanted to play for less he would have resigned with the colt's. If farve is in purple this year, this division is in for some purple and black bruises as those two team battle it out for 1st place. both the Bears and the Vikings were a QB away from competing with  the top tier teams in the NFC. if they want Harrison they will have to pay $$ the challenge they will run into this there scheme Harrison isn’t used to a west coast off. he will have to pick it up as he goes & he isn’t exactly a spring chicken any more if they can add him I think it will help there chances of getting to the big show! Keep in mind the window of opportunity with Farve is one season. Farve only cares about one thing and that’s sticking it to the Packers then he will retire for good.

Hahaha, exactly. This is like one of those "let's get the band back together" ideas, which inevitably winds up resulting in everyone getting booed off stage. Or having a bottle thrown at their face.

The vikings have  a good reciever corp without adding this old man..If the want him around they should hire him as a coach...but is off the field problems make that questionable as well
