What on earth are the Orlando Magic doing?

The Orlando Magic are doing some major reshaping of their roster. 

According to Ric Bucher of ESPN.com, the Magic have traded Rashard Lewis to the Washington Wizards for Gilbert Arenas. 

Also, Chris Broussard reports that the Magic have traded Vince Carter, Marcin Gortat, Mickael Pietrus, a 2011 first round pick and cash considerations for Hedo Turkoglu, Jason Richardson and Earl Clark.
