Great read on Kim Ng, assistant general manager for the Los Angeles Dodgers. 

I guess I don't think about the lack of females in baseball, but there really is a pretty significant void there.  I haven't heard much about Ng before this article, but it sounds like she's going about this the right way.  She definitely seems like she's built an impressive resume.  I hope someone gives her a legitimate shot to show what she's got!
