Holyfield, using Foreman's comeback as inspiration, stopped Frans Botha on a TKO in the 8th round.  Botha was able to resume fighting before the ten count was up, after taking a right to the chin.  He went down with the right, and even though he beat the count, was never able to come back to fighting form.  The referee stopped the fight less than a minute later when Holyfield had Botha backed into a corner.

Holyfield is 47 years of age, while Botha is the youngster, at 41.
