women are catty as all get out.I was talking to one single woman that i know from out of state(from a single social network-she moved out of state-we had talked online for awhile).she was always telling me all the Crap she has been through-almost every call....it got old.....i listened to her VENT....she has been through Alot.(i truly feel SORRY for her)...i recently went with two other platonic female friends to a country bar(TOO loud, smoke filled,the usual B.S.).I am glad that i met them...while we were going to the bar i got a call from a Friend of mine from the q here(out of state)....I ENJOY talking to her....i sent a email to the first woman and admitted that i was talking to another woman that i met on fan iq(just met her recently online-the out of state woman) I -wanted to be upfront and honest-i haven't heard from the first woman ever since.Why can;t a woman and a man be friends? p.s...imho online chat lines are a PAIN in the keister...too juvenile, whose sleeping with who, who lied to who, whose not talking to who, who is mad at another....one of the two women at the country bar hardly talked to me the whole night-and she went with myself and the other platonic lady friend to the country bar...she spent almost the whole time at the bar texting a lady friend of her's about what was going on...is that RUDE or what?

Honest is "I want to be upfront from the start.... I don't want anything serious right now amd also...so you know.... I do date and have friendships with  other women.  Should something serious start to develope, I will let you know and I hope you will give me that same courtisy." Then its up to her. If shes a woman that can't deal with it......you will know right off.  If you find later she has trouble with it....you have a premise established. That goes for you too.........be sure you can handle it if she does the same.  I cant talk for other women but with that out of the way....I don't want or need to know who your seeing or what your doing. I prefer you give me that same respect of privacy. But when your with me....and I am with you.....it is our time... lets not waist it.

Man and woman relationships are complicated to begin with and now you ladies expect men to make complex, and often on the spot, determinations about the future of a relationship based upon a single sentance... "Hello, nice to meet you." can mean Hello, nice to meet you or Hey, I'd like to get to know you - or in the purest of horndogs Hi, wanna have sex?
Thus I appreciate the scrutiny of women when it comes to men wanting to be friends... If you are someone who believes that men have only one thing on their minds then you proably have a shallow view of men, my opinion. On the other hand... I have NEVER had a woman approach me who wanted to be "just friends".  We might end up as friends but each and every one of them has wanted more.
Sounds arrogant... my apologies. The point is that it is not a one sided issue, it goes both ways.
