SPEED is showing a Memorial Monday version of Raceday and because the rain is falling (lightly) again, they are interviewing different people in the pits, which is a normal occurence. Wendy Venturini just interviewed Tommy Baldwin, of Tommy Baldwin Racing and he announced that they have made some changes to their small operation. Scott Riggs has been in the car since the beginning of the year, but the team has struggled and has achieved the kind of results they need, qualifying for only 7 of the 11 races and a 25th as their highest finishing position.
Today, Tommy Baldwin told Wendy that, effective next week, Mike Skinner and Patrick Carpentier will share the ride from here on in. The Canadian is back in the show.
