Some celebrity used to say that nothing defines humans better than their willingness to do irrational things in the pursuit of phenomenally unlikely payoffs. And this is definitely a wide though behind lotteries, dating, and religion. I just like to think Homer Simpson-like and say that if you really want something in this life you have to work hard for it! But now you just have to shut up as we’re about to announce the lottery numbers that changed one’s life.

The Florida Lottery reported that one ticket matched the four winning numbers! Not only that! The winner also got his/ her hands on the Mega Ball number to collect $500,000 in the Mega Money game. Although they gave no info on the identity, lottery officials said the winning ticket was bought in Palmetto.

The news comes after Florida Lottery announced the $600 MILLION HIGH ROLLER Scratch-Off game winner, Mrs. Linda McLaughlin, age 50, of Jacksonville.

Besides the huge sack of money she won, the retailer said she will receive a bonus of $20,000 for selling the winning Florida Lottery ticket. McLaughlin said she carefully scratched the ticket while still on the to discover the it was not a winner, then she said:  "Something told me to go buy one more of those $600 MILLION HIGH ROLLER Florida lotto tickets and sure enough it was a $1 million winner," And when she was asked if she plans on returning to the deli where she works, Mrs. McLaughlin said she was unsure:  "I think, for now, my boss is just happy to be the retailer who sold the winning Florida lotto ticket because Publix has a $20,000 bonus check coming their way," she added.

However, going back to the Mega Money lottery game, which gave away 500.000 bucks, we also found out that nine tickets won $918.50 each, for picking 4-of-4, while 57 tickets won $317.50 each for picking 3-of-4 and the extra Mega Ball number! Also, 1,188 tickets won $45.50 each for picking 3-of-4 and 1,542 tickets won $24 each for picking 2-of-4 plus the Mega Ball. The official press release mentioned 12,400 won $3 each for matching one number plus the Mega Ball; 36,558 tickets won $2 each for picking 2-of-4; and 27,522 won a free Quick Pick ticket for matching the Mega Ball.

Since I am sure you all want to know the magic number sequence, that was drawn Tuesday night, we’re gladly to say they were 4-5-21-31 and the Mega Ball was 2!

So, what does everybody do after winning at lottery? First they give up they daily job, and then of course, they buy new fancy cars and gifts for all relatives, friends. Most of them go in cruise holiday or maybe moving to a bigger house… and that's where the extravagance often ends.

And here’s what others, including me, would do if winning the top prize at lottery. First, email a photo with me and the pile of money to all the enemies, then buying a dog for security issues, the a trip to Tokio with the complemented shopping spree, then the latest PlayStation games and a Harley- Davidson Sportster bike, afterwards one tiny apartment in Faro and then going to Harvard. Of course, there will also be some extra money for all the WowWee cute robot collection and a Porsche Cayman S Edition… and maybe if I am really lucky… I could even start a business to get even more bucks out of it! But, hey that’s just my humble list…
