I'd like to thank all of you for welcoming me to FanIQ. I figure I might as well give you a sense of who I am.I'm from the Bay Area, which means in my eyes, Barry Bonds never did anything wrong. I'm naturally also a big 49ers and Warriors fan.
I'm also a different writer from CriticalFanatic. I'm incredibly sarcastic, and I'll frequently be blogging about things that are a bit off the beaten path. But that's what's so great about sports. For every boring segment on ESPN about the big game this weekend, there's a "Beijing Civilized Workers Cheering Squad" getting Chinese citizens ready to cheer for the home country at the Olympics.
Those are the stories I like the most, and hopefully you'll enjoy some of them. I'm not insane enough to think you'll like them all. I don't even like all my posts.
I'm also going to do my best to get your blogs featured on FanIQ and get you the best content from the all over the sports world. After all, that's now my job. If I suck at first, remember, I just started. If I suck later, well, let's just hope that doesn't happen.
So again, thank you to all for welcoming me here. And yes, Shawn Kemp really is my father.
