Bowl projections: Week 14

Now that we're in the final week of November, things are really starting to heat up. It's one of the more difficult things to do, but the postseason has a visible shape and I've begun to compile a rough draft for bowl projections.
Remember—these predictions are completely biased and are meant to entertain the idea of which team will fall where. Everything is subject to change on a weekly basis. And will.

Also, you think Fresno State re-hops Northern Illinois?

Had a few questions on Twitter about this. Yes I do. Fresno had a substantial lead on NIU heading into last weekend, played New Mexico at home while NIU got Toledo on the road. Both won in blowouts, but obviously Toledo was the more impressive win. Result? Huskies jump Fresno. This week Fresno has San Jose State (a bowl hungry team) on the road, while NIU gets 1-10 Western Michigan. I expect the Dawgs win and re-jump, then hold its stance after winning MWC Championship vs. Utah State (8-4 probably) while NIU beats Buffalo (9-3?) for the MAC. The Mountain West is still a stronger conference than the MAC, and I still believe the human voters want Fresno over NIU because of last year's Orange Bowl.
