2013 NFL season schedule and predictions

The schedule is out, so why not make some absurdly early predictions?

Mandatory Credit: Mitch Stringer-USA TODAY SportsThe NFL has released their schedules for the 2013 season. There's still the NFL Draft and a few more free agents out there, so there's no telling exactly how each team will look this year, but that shouldn't stop us from making some predictions for this season. It it way too early? Of course. But what's the fun in waiting?

Here's the 2013 schedule. The teams I'm predicting to win will be in bold, and then we'll post the final projected standings. See if you agree. Enjoy.

He's actually a Patriots fan, so they're not *his* Seahawks. They're mine...and I'm actually kind of nervous about this season with all the hype. The Seahawks seem to play better as underdogs with a chip on their shoulder. The "SB favorites" thing all over is going to be interesting to see how they respond.

Yeah, as I am sure most of the "experts" did. I don't understand the lack of faith in Cousins, if he stays of course. I thought he did a great job last year.

Really all depends if Griffin is back or not. I am comfortable with Cousins as my starting qb, but rumors are he wants to move on. The experts have us 9-7 this year while Pat gives the Skins a 8-8.. (and Pat, while Jess hearts you for this, after reading your predictions on page 3, I am not so much in heart with you) The Skins will do as well or better than they did last year. While they may not be SB Champs, they will make it into the playoffs. I see this team needing at least another year of working on the offensive lines.
Denver played well last year I thought, but every team needs some work.

Denver should worry about those teams, especially since your most likely more talented and less injured than Denver's running backs.  McGahee was injured and Knowtalent Moreno has never put 2 successful seasons back to back.

I agree do agree with Pat that on paper the Ravens might not be as good as they were last year, however the Broncos have shown that they simply don't play well against the Ravens.

Kind of curious as to why ESPN has Denver's schedule ranked as easiest.  Road games against NFC East teams NYG(Manning Bowl) and Dallas as well as traveling to Indy,New England, San Diego and Houston would be tough enough.  Then throw in home games against Baltimore,Philly, Redskins and San Diego and I doubt 31 other teams can say their schedule is harder.  I have Denver winning 6 of their 8 home games, with losses to former coach Mike Shanahan's Redskins and to the Ravens.  On the road I see Denver winning 4 and losing in NY,Dallas, New England and San Diego to finish 10-6.

Those games at Indy, New England, and Houston might be tough, but I really don't think the Ravens, Chargers, Giants, Eagles, and Redskins are going to be that great (as you can see from where I have them finishing). I'm not sure Denver has the EASIEST schedule, but I don't think it's THAT hard either.
