30% of People Say LeBron James Can't Get Any Better
Can LeBron get any better? 30% of people say no

Finally, there's the aspect of consistency. Even if a player finishes the season with MVP numbers, there is no one (maybe besides Wilt Chamberlain in his 50 point per game season or someone else before my time) who put together those MVP numbers every single night. LeBron rarely put together a bad line, but it did happen. He shot 4-14, 5-15, 7-19, 8-21, to name a few bad shooting nights. He had an 8 turnover game, a 7 turnover game, and a bunch of games with 6 turnovers. I'm not saying it's reasonable to expect LeBron to put together an MVP stat line in every single game of the season, but until he does, he has room to improve.
Don't think I'm just saying this because I'm just some kind of irrational LeBron hater. It's not just LeBron, it's everyone. No player is perfect, so every player has room to improve. Michael Jordan averaged 37.1 points per game one season, but shooting 49.7% from the field, were there some shots he should have made, but didn't? Absolutely. LeBron has plenty of room to improve, particularly as a free throw shooter and late-game closer, and if he does significantly improve in those areas, you can pencil the Heat in for the next 400 NBA titles.
