49ersí Nnamdi Asomugha weds actress Kerry Washington

Asomugha is not only bracing to enter his first season with the San Francisco 49ers after signing a one-year deal in April, but congratulations are also in order for him after he married Hollywood actress Kerry Washington last week.
Asomugha and Washington tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Idaho, on June 24. E! News posted a copy of the couple’s marriage license online Wednesday. The Blaine County recorder's office confirmed that the June 24 filling of the papers.
The 31-year-old Asomugha and the 36-year-old Washington were married the same day they filed for the marriage license. Washington’s parents served as official witnesses to the nuptials, while one of Asomugha’s relatives married the couple in a private ceremony.
The couple had reportedly been romantically involved for about a year before taking the next step in their relationship last month. This is the first marriage for both Washington and Asomugha.
The "Django Unchained" star has never been one to publically flaunt her love life. A rep for Kerry Washington said he could not comment on his client’s personal life. Same was said by a rep for Asomugha.
Asomugha is a four-time All-Pro who spent majority of his NFL career with the Oakland Raiders, before joining the Eagles in 2011. The 10-year veteran has appeared in 154 career games, compiling 405 tackles two sacks, and 71 passes defensed during his NFL career. The former first-round pick is considered to be among the top defensive backs in the game during this period.
Meanwhile, Washington’s recent credits include starring in the ABC political thriller “Scandal” and the film "Peeples".

With her talent, now Asomugha can be a great stay at home dad when they have kids.  Look at the money he brings to the family, and didn't even have to do anything in Philly to get it.
