Every day during the NBA playoffs, the Triple Threat will break down the latest action as they (slowly) move towards the Finals.Suns even up the scrum- I mean series The Suns rose up in the waning minutes of the game, while the Spurs choked and then cheap shotted their way to a 104-98 loss. The story was Robert Horry's check of Steve Nash into the boards late, continuing the bad blood of this series and nearly causing a fight to erupt. Horry was ejected, and Raja Bell received a technical. The shot came during a 12-1 run by Phoenix to end the game that allowed them to come back and win. In that time, the Suns went 4-4 from the field, while the Spurs went 0-6. Horry is almost certain to miss Game 5, and Bell likely will too for leaving the bench. There's a chance Amare Stoudemire will also be suspended, but it appeared he was already off the bench to check in when things got testy. The series is tied 2-2, and that can only mean more fireworks to come.
Cavs win battle of chokers LeBron's late free throw issues reared its ugly head, but Vince Carter outchoked him in a 87-85 Cavs win. LeBron finished with 30 points, but shot 1-5 from the foul line in the fourth, culminating with only hitting one or two with 10 seconds left. With a shot to win or tie however, Vince Carter lost the ball to hand the win to Cleveland. As a whole, New Jersey's big three shot the ball terribly, including a woeful 2-13 from Jason Kidd. Cleveland is now in the drivers' seat, up 3-1 in the series going home.
