Another LCS without the Yankees. You would think I would be ecstatic.
Unfortunately no.
I am torn in this series between my best friends (Cleveland Fans), and my girlfriend (Red Sox fan). My best bet is to be totally impartial, but what fun is that? Instead, I thought I would let the FanIQ group choose who should get my rooting interest.
In all seriousness, this is a series between the very Yankee-like Red Sox (Am I allowed to say that?), and one of those upstarts with another low payroll (23 out of 30). Washington Post writer Thomas Boswell is suggesting that maybe the Red Sox should switch to pinstripes.
While I wait on the masses for my rooting interest, a few "Expert" predictions for the series:
