I could lie to you and tell you that this post is primarily about how the Cowboys are considering using Pacman as a wide receiver against the Browns on Sunday and possibly for the rest of this year. Or I could just let you look at this ridiculously hilarious picture of Jones at the recent Cowboys Kickoff Luncheon.I tell you, Pacman is definitely a changed man. Or I guess I should say Adam Jones, since that's what he wants to be known as now. And let me tell you, that suit definitely looks like something a guy named Adam Jones would wear.
I'm not even sure how you approach a tailor and say you want a suit like that made.
"I'd like you to imagine the most garish suit you can possibly imagine. Now multiply that by 10 and make it for me."
Anyway, back to the idea of Pacman as wide receiver. It seems everyone on the Cowboys, from Jerry Jones to Wade Phillips is open to the idea, and I can hardly blame them. Dallas is incredibly thin at the position right now and with teams likely to double team TO, why not give it a try?
He's at least fast enough where other teams will have to account for him and incredibly dangerous in the open field. Plus the Cowboys are fairly deep in the secondary, so Pacman can get spelled a bit from time to time so he's not being overused.
Frankly, I love the idea. And anything that can get Pacman appearing in this suit as many times as possible this year is worth it.
