I approve this message. Amanda Beard hadn't struck me as being brilliant, but I'll have to reconsider.

In an interview with Richard Deitsch, Beard was asked which other athletes she'd like to see pose for Playboy:

Anna Kournikova, Maria Sharapova and Danica Patrick. Anna is gorgeous. And Danica is a bad-ass chick. She has a lot of male fans, so she would be perfect.

Although the three above aren't anywhere close to my top 10, the first two would draw the most copies sold to date.

Since it's Friday, why not entertain ourselves with this question -- If you could chose 1 female athlete to pose for Playboy, who would you choose?

Two words: Ana Ivanovic.

Justine Henin...................aw hahaha J/K Seriously, How about Brittany Lincicome? She won this year's LPGA Ginn Open and says she want to retire from the LPGA by the time she's 35 (21 right now) to become a professional poker player. She's 5' 10 1/2" and about 165. Usually don't like blondes but it would be nice to see all of that. And the accompanying article would actually be interesting to read.
