One of those really important tennis tournaments has been going on across the pond in Paris and we've failed to even touch on it. My apologies, but honestly nothing significant has happened and most importantly, the delightful Ana Ivanovic remains alive and well.
The beautiful Serb powered into the French Open semifinals this morning, beating Patty Schnyder 6-3, 6-2. What this really means is that Ivanovic is now one win away from being on television when we all can watch.
Not a personal favorite, but some of you may be disappointed to learn that Maria Sharapova will not be joining Ivanovic in the French semis. She was knocked by fellow Russian Darina Safina (sorry, my google images searches produced minimal results).
