After rejecting sign-and-trades from the Thunder and Spurs, Minnesota Timberwolves small forward, Andrei Kirilenko, has signed with the Brooklyn Nets on a two-year deal worth $3.18 million, with the second year as a player option.

Kirilenko opted out of his contract worth $10.2 million this year, in order to seek a longer contract with a new team, but the market quickly dried up on him and he will now have to prove that he is worth an extended contract.  The Brooklyn Nets will now have one of the best starting five units and bench units with the addition of Kirilenko as the back-up small forward and power forward.
