In a tryout for Quarterback of the Miami Dolphins, Andrew Luck proved once again why he’s a frontrunner in the race for Heisman this year. Leading his team to a 3-OT victory over USC this weekend, Luck faced real challenges from the USC defense which included him throwing a pick-6 with 3:08 left in regulation to put the Cardinal down 34-27. Luck, however, then led his team on a 76-yard, game tying drive.
Luck then set up or threw 3 more touchdowns and completed his first two-point conversion in the 3rd overtime period. The Cardinal ended up winning 56-48 in a predominately USC filled LA colisieum.
The Cardinal schedule over the first eight games of the season has left much to be desired. However, Luck proved that it’s not all just hype.
Coupled with a Dolphins messy defeat at the hand of the Giants, the fans in Miami can be heard all the way in California: “suck for Luck”

I'd say he put an exclamation point on winning the Heisman with that prime time performance.
