Mandatory Credit: Scott Rovak-USA TODAY SportsIn possibly the least surprising decision of the year, Kansas Jayhawks freshman forward Andrew Wiggins will announce in a press conference at 3 p.m. today that he's declaring himself eligible for the 2014 NBA Draft.

Wiggins, along with Kansas teammate Joel Embiid and a few others, is considered a candidate for the #1 overall pick in the draft.

Wiggins was one of the most hyped high school players in the country, and it seemed almost a foregone conclusion that his stint in college was destined for only one year.

Everyone's suspicions will be confirmed this afternoon, when he makes the official announcement. Realistically, it would have been a shock if he had done anything else other than enter the draft after this year.

In his one year at Kansas, Wiggins averaged 17.1 points and 5.9 rebounds. He was a huge force on a team that earned a #2 seed in the NCAA tournament, but lost to 10th-seeded Stanford in the 2nd round.

Would you want your team to take Wiggins with the top overall pick in the draft?
