I hope to God you Foster owners drafted Ben Tate
So, Foster owners - did you handcuff your (in most cases) first overall pick in the draft with Ben Tate? If so, you've got nothing to worry about. When Tate starts he's still a solid RB1, totaling 398 yards and two touchdowns in the four games that he got more carries than Foster last season (three of which were due to Foster being inactive).
If you didn't handcuff Foster with Tate, I really hope you loaded up on good starters, because you might be without the anchor of your team this weekend. There are not yet any running backs worthy of starting available in free agency (at least in my league), so you've got to figure out something. The owner of Foster in my league didn't draft Tate, and his bench running backs are David Wilson (who already played) and Rashard Mendenhall, who is extremely questionable. That's bad news.
If you don't have Foster but drafted Tate - start him. Unless you're loaded at running back or you're in a two RB league with no flex spot, Tate must be better than whatever you've got out there. As I said before, nearly 100 yards per game when receiving more carries than Foster. This, of course, is assuming that Foster is inactive on Sunday, which may not happen.
PS - To my Week 1 opponent, Wheels, who owns Ben Tate in my league: I really hope you didn't just read this.
