Ever since the new collective bargaining agreement, the average NBA team has increased it's value to a whopping $509 million.  This is a 30% increase since last year, mostly due to television revenue, a new salary cap, and renovated arenas. 
At the top of the list, are the New York Knicks; who have now surpassed the Los Angeles Lakers as the most valuable franchise in the NBA after renovations to MSG and their winning record.  They are now worth $1.1 billion. 
According to Forbes magazine the most valuable NBA franchises come in this order:
