BIO NOTE : Webb, who has made the National League All-Star team the past three seasons , is in his sixth year in the majors , all with Arizona . He won the National League Cy Young in 2006.
RECENT NEWS : On Sunday, Webb earned his 17th victory against Atlanta . He struck out five in six innings and allowed one run and six hits . Webb is tied for most victories in the majors with Cleveland's Cliff Lee, who also won no.17 on Sunday.
