Oh, How He's Grown "Up"
7/24/08
Happy Birthday, Barry. You bored?
Barry Bonds turns 44* today, and if the door hasn't already closed on his career, it's barely ajar with August looming and no teams calling. Poor guy.
In honor of his birthday, we present a picture collaboration of Bonds growth through the years (thanks to Time Magazine online).
The Early Years - 1986 and 1988

Svelt. 16 and 24 home runs, respectively.
The Middle Years - 1995 and 1997

33 and 40 home runs.
The Growing Problem Years - 2000 and 2003

Age 35 and 37.
While he ages, these pictures never get old. Happy Birthday, and we look forward to your Mark McGwire-like incredible shrinking formation back to normal.
